Today Apple slashed its iPhone return period from 30 days to 14 days. The policy change applies to iPhones bought from both Apple’s online and brick and mortar Stores.
Other than the shorter period for returning the product, Apple has made no other changes to the conditions. The iPhone you plan to return in that time frame has to be undamaged and include all of the original accessories.
The new 14 days return policy will go into effect from tomorrow, March 13 and marks an effort from Apple to offer similar product return conditions as its carrier partners. AT&T, Verizon and Sprint have all been selling the iPhone with a 14 days return policy.
