HP graciously gave us an EliteBook 8460p to play with. And by "play" we actually mean HP gave us permission to massacre the laptop. Naturally, we videotaped the whole thing.
If you’ve ever accidentally dropped your laptop and immediately started praying for its life, then you might end up shopping for a “business rugged” notebook like the EliteBook 8460p. HP told us this was one durable laptop and even sent us a unit to test for ourselves. Not one to turn down a challenge, we sent our intrepid laptop and desktop reviewer, Matt Smith, on a mission of destruction. Matt took the Elitebook 8460p out on the town to see just how well it holds up (or doesn’t hold up) to water, stairs, massive drops, 240 pounds of weight, and “office soccer.”
